A fuel injector rail is a manifold tube or pipe in the fuel injection system that provides a reservoir of fuel to the fuel injectors at a constant maintained pressure. It also serves as a mounting place for the fuel pressure regulator and ensures that the fuel injectors are properly inserted into the holes of the intake manifold or the cylinder head. Due to high temperature, moisture, and excessive working cycles, fuel injector rail becomes failed and corroded which may affect vehicle’s performance, causing to poor engine start up and smoky emissions.
