Auto service dealers can sign up to be participating APN Installers to expand their businesses. When customers buy products from AutoPartsNetwork.com, they can select to have participating dealers in their local area professionally install their auto parts and accessories purchase.
The products are shipped directly to the selected dealer, which then performs the installation and collects payment straight from the customer. In most cases, delivery is made within two business days. Participating dealers also receive commission on the parts purchased from AutoPartsNetwork.com when the customer chooses them for installation. Moreover our customer service department will provide phone and email support to dealers and customers throughout the entire buying process.

The ratings shown on the APN Installer page are compiled from an average; so one or two poor service scores wont have a large effect on the overall rating. When you first sign up, you will not have any ratings, and NR or Not Rated will appear in the ratings boxes.
View/Respond To My Customer Ratings -- Although the displayed ratings reflect only an average score, you can view individual ratings by clicking on View/Respond to My Customer Ratings. To view an individual customers ratings, click on the Appointment Tracking Number or Description to view the details. You can also respond online to a customers ratings and remarks by filling in the response form and clicking on the Submit Response Back to Customers button.
