Covercraft offers different fabrics for their car covers, to serve different needs. They have different materials that offer different levels of protection from sun, dust, weather, etc., as well as different levels of cost, to fit your budget. Most damage to the paint on a vehicle occurs because of the sun’s UV rays and pollutants in the air, rather than from rain (other than acid rain), which will not actually harm your vehicle’s finish. All Covercraft cover materials are designed to “breathe,” to allow air to circulate under the cover so that any water trapped under the cover can evaporate. This will also prevent heat build-up under the cover on hot days.
All Covercraft covers, regardless of the fabric you select, are made with double-stitched overlapped seams for strength and durability. They also all have neoprene elastic sewn into the front and rear of the cover to help the cover stay put on your vehicle. Grommets are reinforced and designed not to scratch your finish, and the cover also has a flap on the back that can be used with a tie-down rope or vinyl coated cable and lock.
Covercraft offers outdoor covers to protect your vehicle from UV, bird droppings, tree sap, etc. The different fabric choices available offer different levels of protection and different price ranges. Indoor covers are also available in various fabrics, some of which provide some protection from dings and dents, while others are dust barriers and still others are ultra-soft for ultimate paint protection.
Covercraft offers custom indoor and outdoor covers of different fabrics and levels of protection, and can offer a cover made specifically for your vehicle, if it is not one that a custom pattern is available for. Ready-Fit or “semi-custom” covers are available in different levels of protection and pricing, including a Budget level , outdoor cover and other fabric and protection levels. Whatever your protection need or budget, Covercraft is sure to have a cover to meet your needs!
