Quality is the foremost consideration at Denso and they believe in developing their human resources to allow their technology to advance. Denso is dedicated to the philosophy of mono-zukuri - the art of making things and carries this through into all aspects of their processes. They consider the entire vehicle when they are designing systems for that vehicle and the entire system when they are creating individual parts for that system.
Having achieved zero emissions at many of their facilities, Denso believes that an advanced automotive society can only work when they also design products that protect the planet and keep all the creatures that inhabit it sAFE, as well. Many Denso advances work towards stopping global warming. Denso believes that successful business growth can only be achieved by creating environmentally friendly products and incorporates that philosophy into their operations at all their facilities, involving all their employees in this process. This means educating employees on environmental technology and how to apply it at work.
