Reese Hitches started in 1952. The Reese name is known for high quality and innovation in their designs. They are regarded as the premier hitching system manufacturer in North America. In 1968 Reese was recognized by the RV industry and was tasked with developing tests that have led to an industry standard called V5 and SAEJ684.
