The carburetor float is a buoyant device used in a carburetor. A carburetor is designed to accommodate a small fuel storage tank, called the float bowl. A float bowl stores a specific amount of fuel to keep a ready supply of fuel at hand. The amount of fuel is controlled by the carburetor float which works the same way as with the float found in a toilet tank.
